      Do the bare minimum, and you'll get by just fine!

      Pros

      You get a desk and a chair and you sit 100% of the time. You also get music playing all day long, but no you do not get to make suggestions or do you even get to touch the speaker. Some customers are nice. Management tries, I know they do, but it's not enough after months of only getting words and no real improvement.

      Cons

      Understaffed all the time. Back to back calls when you are staffed (because many people stay out of queue). I made the mistake of showing I can work hard and overachieve the goals they set. The pay does not correspond with the amount of work a (working) PSR does.
