Pros

This was the place to be if you wanted to feel like you were making a change to our healthcare system.

Cons

Fast moving, with pivots can sometimes lead to communication breakdowns and growth hurdles. It's a startup, so this is all expected.

Innovative, caring, lean, rapidly changing, disrupting healthcare

Cons

If you want a desk job where you do the same thing over and over for the rest of your life, this is not for you. Gotta love change to work here. We are growing and changing.
