      Pros

      Autonomous, open and friendly work culture, with respect for everyone's opinions. It's refreshing to be in a tech-savvy and progressive workplace, always reflecting on outcomes and striving to improve. Mindfulness is a shared passion for the entire team and it is an energetic, lively team to be a part of. I have worked both part time and full time, and I have felt equally welcome and included in both scenarios!

      Cons

      I don't really have any cons, because I enjoy the pace of the company. Things do move fast at Team Calm, so it's good to be prepared for at high energy workflow full of passion, ideas and just generally making it all happen! If you have a similar attitude, it would be ideal for the Calm work culture.
