Potential for great coworkers/work environment, you work closely with the community and can see the difference you make

Pay is not competitive, raises are not given often, you will be frequently asked to take on extra work with no added benefit/pay, people love to gossip- small town, some of their own providers do not accept the CalvertHealth insurance, frequently understaffed
