Pros
Nothing is good. I really cannot think of any Pros of this company.
Cons
This company provide 0 welfare and fire staffs without any reason. I have complete several large projects successfully during my 4 years of tenure here, and suddenly when I have just complete the last project and the system stabilised, they just terminated my service without any reason, without any compensation. I spent all my time working extremely hard on the project such that I did not have even a single day of annual leave taken from last year, and when they terminated my service, besides not compensating for my past four years of service, they also forfeited by leaves. I questioned the management and they have no guts to answer any question I asked.
