Pros

I have good manager and good staff. Good social events.

Cons

Give your employees a mini break in the morning and afternoon. The employee will perform well. Increase the training rather than 2 weeks do it more like 3 weeks.

Pros

-None. It was the worst time of my life working for this company.

Cons

-The management uses intimidation tactics big time. One of the managers there is the absolute worst. I was on a 2 month contract where I made $16 an hour (I have a university degree and 3 years work experience). I needed a job so I took it. They liked me, so they offered me a permanent job for $30,000 a year. I said that was not enough for me to live in Toronto, pay my student debt, and just, well, live. They said, fine - we'll give you $35,000, but NO sick days, vacation, benefits, NOTHING. I said no thanks. Well one lovely manager took me into her huge office and said I will go no where in life. She said I have no experience, no nothing, and that I am stupid for not taking this...she went on for a long time, and really tried to intimidate me. I'm now making twice as much somewhere else with benefits, vacation and sick days. Don't let these people intimidate you. -While in the lunch room, I was minding my own business eating when two gentlemen approached me and said they didn't know who I was. I introduced myself and asked for their names and when the one guy rolled his eyes, and said "Um, he is the CEO of the company..." The way he said it he wanted me to feel like an idiot. I apologized and they walked away laughing. Professional CEO, right?
