      Global business with excellent opportunities for travel Fast development for young employees that show flair Experiencing fast growth with great reputation in the market Good leadership that pioneered diversity and inclusion from inception when others talked about it Great working environment

      Not for 9-5ers. Expectations of employees are high so must be prepared to put in the effort

      - Access to senior executives at a very early stage of career - Trust in young analysts to take on process ownership/ improvement - Media exposure to build personal brand - Learning and development encouraged and funded - Access to other departments to collaborate (sales, marketing, etc.) - Ability to do anything you want if you can build a good business case - Amazing travel around the world, COVID permitting

      - Small teams means it can have a big impact if a colleague leaves - Global nature of work requires early or late calls on occasion

      Pros

      Company punches above its weight in terms of its profile, and the level of connections at large companies. Lots of opportunity to travel, and do business at high level with leading tech companies.

      Cons

      Early and very late calls. While there's flexibility about some things there are times where senior management believes the company comes first even before important personal commitments and this can lead to some pretty negative feelings towards the firm.
