      Toxic and unprofessional work culture

      They use the latest technology stacks

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Management is unprofessional. Toxic work culture. On call 24/7/ Management will call you back from vacation and will guilt trip you if you do not come back to the office. You literally need permission to step away from your desk.

      Best Job I've Ever Had

      Pros

      Fun company culture, great coworkers. Fully Remote. Building an excellent product. Great Communication and Collaboration amongst associates and with superiors. Confidence In Leadership. Lots of room for advancement and promotions as company grows.

      Cons

      Some employees seem to be expected to work a decent amount of extra hours, especially those in leadership. This expectation doesn't get passed on to lower level employees often though. Being a startup, we haven't always found the best the best processes for everything, so frequent changes to workflows can sometimes be stressful.
