      Pros

      I have really enjoyed my time at Capstone so far. I have been able to bill quickly, have had full support from my manager and have enjoyed the industry too. We have socials every quarter which are great fun! Capstone also pay for you to have a gym membership which I really appreciate.

      Cons

      We are so busy it will be great when we have more people. Resilience needed as the candidate market can be tough!
