      Great long term product Good engagement with employees and communication Strong parent companies

      Cons

      Over-resourced company for it's revenue makes the future worrying and uncertain. Product is too far ahead of it's time and customers aren't buying.

      A Joint venture with great pedigree and promise. It was good to be in at the ground floor with a new company. Small friendly team all like minded

      Cons

      Solutions were not robust or stable. Too much money spent in set up of company with not enough ROI. Management became authoritarian
