Great experiences with customers who have different types of infrastructure and different ways to be successful in caring for patients.

Cons

Change should be purposeful not chaotic. Communication is key to sucessful change. Tools and resources are not up to date, complete, and organized in a way that is meaningful.

This is a growing company with a ton of potential for their employees. Employees have a lot they get to learn and develop into amazing advocates for such a good cause.

Cons

Since it is such a new start up the leadership can use a lot of work in the sense of listening to their employees and making the work environment more welcoming and enjoyable for employees joining the team.
