Nice staff below executive level Pleasant facilities Cheap cost of living in OKC Foodservice is an enjoyable industry to work in. Still manufacture many products in the US but moving to China as fast as possible.

Cons

Arragant upper management Management has an engineering mentality that micromanages and wastes lots of time on nebulous reports. Horrible service levels and poorly structured sales programs Consistent history of bad hires for upper management
