      The whole company was miss managed and over expanded without considering dilution of work force quality and bad pay. Tried to compensate for bad pay with customer tips

      Pros

      Cash tips great Friday, Saturday nights good night can over double your wage. Half of food and drink at a range of restaurants. Lovely staff

      Cons

      Rota - put out last minute some times get 2 days notice before a Monday shift. Not enough staff its unfair for staff and customers. Management - often gm feels like she trying to find something to complain to you about. Aren't able to contact them easily. Lots of favouritism between company. Card Tips- hardly anything, as they are split with managers and by the amount of hours you work. Why are managers getting them god knows. Hours - often feel trapped on shift, for instance not a stand by shift I had worked a 12-6 then as a waitress called off sick I was FORCED to work till close despite my protest as I had a 7:30 shift the next day. Breaks - none existent if you aren't on a lunch shift, so 8 and a half hours with no break.
