One thing I really appreciate is the wellness team. If you ever feel low or just need someone to talk to, they’re there .. genuinely helpful and easy to reach out to. It’s not something many companies prioritise, but Cars24 truly does.
They also care a lot about work-life balance. The gym at the office is a great addition, and they actually encourage people to use it. You can tell they value both mental and physical well-being.

If I had to mention one con, it’s that the office is a bit far from Delhi, so the commute can be long.
