      Core Leadership is pushing for performance metrics that rely on a more well-developed technological aids than are currently available. This is leading to over-corrections, talent vacuums, and loss of high quality talent at a rapid rate.

      Stressful environment sometimes and having to meet unrealistic kpis, limited resources and assistance. Difficult to call off.
