Not once, during my entire tenure there was I offered "health insurance". I didn't care. There was a $2,000.00 deductible. The "dental plan" was just as generous. I was offered on job, but when I got there, they switched the position and made me the secretary. They left me keep the original title, but paid me as the secretary. I was hired as an hourly worker, but was changed to a salaried worker so that they didn't have to pay me overtime. It would have been nice if they would have told me that I had been changed to salary. After weeks of not getting the additional pay, I only found out when I asked for the money.

Great efforts and excellent work go unnoticed, not pay increase even when you've proven that you have the ability to run most job functions that they will allow you to learn. Management not in sync with employees. The pay, the pay, the pay is very low for the amount of work and dedication put in for the company. Upper management, on the low, thinks horribly about the staff in the warehouse.
