      Pros

      Modern building, big carpark, close to the motorway

      Cons

      Management is not the best - micromanagement, unfriendliness and zero understanding, feels like working with machines rather than real people. Awful work life balance if you're an analyst. Small holiday allowance and not the best pay. Hardly any career opportunities. Giving 2 stars as I've seen even worse places.

      Ambitious, growing company and can get involved in a diverse range of different projects. Friendly people - everyone gets along well.

      Cons

      No complaints, would recommend the company particularly to graduates.
