Pros

- Excellent learning if you're innovative. Age no bar. - Friendly team mates and executives. Everyone has lunch together in the cafeteria. - Management is always looking for new ideas to implement, new technology to use. - Excellent if you're young and want all hands on deck work experience. - Young and lively office environment.

Cons

- ZERO work life balance. They approve your leave and then harass you to work nonetheless, be it on vacations, family functions or even medical emergencies. - Unnecessary work pressure and unrealistic work timelines. - Be prepared for anger fits at every little thing. Infact I have seen no professional behave this rudely with their employees. - Senior management is basically vegetables at work. All they do is please the boss, while adding no value to their team's work and growth. They're still in a position of power due to favoritism. - Inflexible work timings and NO regard for your personal life. Don't be fooled by their good english and courtesy. - Appraisals is a humiliation party. Instead of giving fair raises against the amount of work you do, they make it a point to weed out or even invent the negatives, and go so far as asking "What have you even done for us". Even to their old timers, they have no respect for their employee's work. - The HR department is a joke.

Pros

nothing to be mentioned here

Cons

1. Extreme levels of micromanagement - Both the founders take the term micro management to the next degree. Expect giving daily and hourly updates over silly tasks, getting small changes reviewed 100 times across multiple hour long meetings, and having absolutely no freedom to do anything without prior approval from the founders. 2. Toxicity - Verbal abuses are common. It all depends on the mood of the founder. If he's in the zone to taunt/bash you, you will not leave unscathed regardless of your work. 3. No KRAs - You will not be provided any tangible KRAs while being pressured to do whatever the hell founder wants you to do. You're a data analyst? You can be asked to make sales call as well. You're a CRM professional? Expect to write PRDs too. If you can't do a "perfect" job, founder will bash you. In the end, appraisals will happen as per the founder's perception of yours. 4. No vision: Everyday, priorities will change as per upper management's whim. Somedays founder borderline abuses and humiliate you for not working hard enough on a project. Next day, it's likely that this project will turn P5 in his eyes and will be dropped. In my tenure, I saw business priorities change 4-5 times. 5. WLB?: Forget that. Founders will make it a point to embarrass you if you leave work anyday before 6:30 PM. They don't treat you like adults. You'll be back to school. WFHs? Of course not. You'll be asked to apply for a leave on HRMS which btw is the lowest in the industry. They don't have any sick or casual leaves. Only 1.5 days of paid leaves accrued every month. 6. No resources: Founder will provide you zero resources in terms of tech. Nil. Just look at their app and see how sad it looks for a 2024 company. If you ask for tech bandwidth, the founder will either ask you run some hacks or drop your projects altogether. But if you fail to deliver numbers, all the blame will be shifted to you. If you express your frustrations about tech, be prepared to get abused. Think 100 times or more before joining this org. It's better to stay jobless and wait for the right opportunity instead of joining CashKaro.

Pros

You will become a workoholic as thier is no work life balance Co founders can scream on you any time so your tolerance level will increase Unprofessional office politics will increase your management and convincing skills Co founders think they own your life 24×7 so thier will be a sense of belongingness They will tie your both hands and then they will give you a target to achieve it. Thier will be alot of parties, almost every other month so that you can feel good and you HAVE to attend it You will work in every department but not only in which you was hired so you will be jack of all trades Thier behavior has led them to a situation that now no one wants to join them, because of thier market image. Just ask anyone who has worked thier for even 6 months on linkedin and they will tell you thier side of story Only place in gurgaon where its legal to make your employees work for 9:30 hrs shift without giving them overtime. Its only good if you are a fresher, else its a suicidal dive in the ocean of fire

Cons

Free tea and coffee which is silently monitored by CEO Alot of parties that you have to attend to be in good books

Hey there, extremely sorry to learn that your experience wasn't the best here. Since we've been in work from home for the last year and a half, we've all missed the unlimited four-course meal that used to be served in the office. CashKaro is a 5-day working organization with a 9:30 to 6:30 shift which includes a 45 minutes lunch break & an additional 15 minutes break. There is an option to avail compensatory offs for those who choose to work on weekends. As a fast-growing start-up that we are mindful of helping our team members strike the right work and life balance but are also committed to growth and productivity. Nevertheless, we wish you all the best for your future endeavours. Hope you take what you learnt here and reach new heights!
