Pros
You can be hired immediately after completing your college/university. A good mindset in company. After 3 months of internship there's a possibility of switching to hybrid work. Most of the projects are still relevant and using modern technologies. Salary review each march - may of the year.
Cons
Very slow growth in career path. Not competitive salary in comparison to market. A possibility to hop on legacy projects. Must learn Italian in work time.
