Pros

If you have a minimum of intelligence it's quite easy to rise up in the corporate ladder, even though that doesn't actually has a reflection on your salary. Its mostly something to be proud of and fill up you CV to apply to more realistic companies because in reality this will be just an excuse for your manager to overload you with even more work. Like it's "sister" company, Novabase, Celfocus is somewhat decent for getting some instant experience for your CV. Is pretty much blow by blow. You are able to brush of the novice status from your career and they got cheap labor for what is basically an IT sweat shop.

Cons

Be prepared for dealing with extremely long hours for basically nothing, unreasonable demands, a lot of questionable characters and a ridiculously low salaray. That last part applies particularly if you are good technically but got there labeled as a trainee. If thats the case, be preparared to be exploited as indian call center operative. You will be taking up the load for, well, a lot of questionable engineers that, due to one of the worst evaluation methods that I've been subjected to, keep pooling on the bottom of the corporate well, where Celfocus is right now. There are lots of great engineers also and I was fortunate enought to be able to work with most of them. They have formed a bit of a niche there and if you able to meet them, you are doing a good job. The upper management leaves a lot to desire. They don't respond well to critics and suggestions and act around the place as they own the absolute truth. The amount of time wasted with useless staff meetings, redundant reports and related bureaucracy is simply staggering. Not only the suggested schedules for projects are ridiculous but you also have to lose more time with this type of things.
