Pros
Everyone at CellPoint is very friendly and helpful. My manager has been great from the start and is very patient with me whilst I learn. I wasn't expected to understand everything from the second I started and I haven't been overwhelmed with work but instead given time and training to learn the processes and get organised. CellPoint's way of working is very modern, and everyone is treated with trust that they will complete their work efficiently and on time.
Cons
It's a little more difficult to get the initial training whilst working from home, so I found it takes a little longer. But there is always support, and overall once my duties became more clear I have preferred working from home to my previous office roles.
