      Don't work here if you want to excel your skills

      Pros

      The only nice thing about this company is the people on the HR team are nice and helpful.

      Cons

      You are on a team but there is no teamwork, you work in silo on single problem that management most likely doesn't care about or understand. If you need to deploy anything outside of your team it will take months. If you are not part of the people that have been there more than 3 years don't even bother pitching an idea. They say that they are adapting with the changes in AI, that is a lie, only a handful of people even understand machine learning.

      Interesting work but inner circle culture

      Interesting problem space Learn a lot about how the internet works

      Cons

      Unless you're juiced in with the inner circle (and no its not the c-suite since those guys are very replaceable) you'd do best to lay low, put in your time, and bail. Ideas don't really count unless they come from the founder or someone the founder knows and likes. If you mention something worth trying and it gets shot down, wait 2 quarters and it'll be top priority and someone else will be assigned to work on it. Performance reviews get a lot of emphasis. Feedback is a weapon. Feels like being at Amazon sometimes.

      Had a lot of autonomy and ability to make decisions.

      Cons

      0 direction from leadership, absolutely no ownership or accountability from the top down. Especially in the GTM organization.
