The only pro is that you work from home

Cons

Your so called supervisor will most likely be rude, nasty and doesn’t care about you as a person management over all sucks. Unless you kiss butt they don’t help you. And even if you do everything they ask. You still get the short end of the stick

Cons

management and CRM team were very rude and non responsive. You get points for taking a bathroom break. HR is awful. You can't even make a phone call to HR, you have to make an appointment, Company is very unprofessional.

They promise advancement opportunities, then give those opportunities to people who are far less qualified or experienced based on their friendships with current management, rather than a person's performance.
