      Energy, drive, ambition among consultants. Innovative approaches. Change, growth and development is its DNA.

      Not for certainty driven people, rather entrepreneurs who want a context and platform.

      Pros

      They really work hard on building and maintaining their culture with trips and value sessions. Company is open to ideas and the organisation is flat. Plenty of freedom to grow.

      Cons

      The baseline salary model is smart as it helps counter economic downturns, but since the client base is mostly controlled by the client partners its a bit of a red herring.

      - Support from all sides, both internally and when out on a project - Able to build your career in accordance with your own ambitions - Excellent company culture with lots of really nice people who are friends as well as colleagues

      Cons

      - Not so many benefits apart from the salary, although the salary model is built up so that you can add the things you want
