Promises promises promises promises promises........... And a product that has legitimate potential. If only.
Cons
The other review here summed it up perfectly. Overworked, underpaid, inexperienced management who think way too highly of themselves. Drama. The customers are in the dark about how bleak everything really is. Im sure you see alot of any ex-employees on sites like this one complaining about how bad working somewhere is, but this place really is the real deal in terms of poor management, poor work culture, and squandering customer good will on what could genuinely be a good product.

Pros
Good for fresh grads to gain experience and skills. If you can last a year here you can last practically anywhere.
Cons
Overworked. Underpaid. Long hours due to management's failure to gauge capacity when undertaking a project. Micro-manages employees. Terrible politics. Bad reputation in the industry due to delivery failures.
