Pros
The people we work with are fantastic. It's like a second family. There are a few bad apples in the bunch, as with any job, but over all the people are amazing.
Cons
The aforementioned 'bad apples', are really bad. it is clear to see where all the bad reviews and bad reputation stems from. It shows how so few people can have such a huge impact on public perception. Also, the equipment, or lack thereof on several units is extremely difficult to work around. also, the staffing issues are a tremendous source of 'cons', stress, and burnout. But I know that you are trying to fix that.
