They want you to succeed at every point, you are encouraged to work more efficiently through watching how hard your team works. - Product team is proactive on customer needs and obviously sometimes there is a delay but ive never worked at a company that Cares this much about customer satisfaction. - CEO, CPO, Head of Tech, Head of Hardware, Head of Operations will get on the phone with customers that need a little more help - Incredibly open to feedback in the 5/6 months I have worked at this company the onboarding process for clients has changed for the better 3 times and if something does not work they are open to change. - Growth Mindset - Work from home availability (extremely important for me)
