If you want earn pocket money, then opt. Don't expect anything beyond.

Cons

Don't start your career here. You'll be in an infinite loop of repentance. No good projects. Your hard work isn't appreciated and their is no respect for your efforts. They just want to mint money without humanity. If you are 'Bachelor', they screw you till the end since they think that 'Bachelor doesn't burden responsibility in personal life'. Little do they know, many have sacrificed their dreams to earn bread for far away families. Be aware of their fake hopes during selection. They fulfill none.

This is the worst organization I have ever worked for and glad that I came out of this in one year. The office facility is no less than a public toilet (literally). It smells bad and there is no decent place to sit and work or to eat. Like me, if you have worked for reputed companies, know that this place is not for you! They try to cut every round wrt the pay, have no work ethics. Biased place! Also, the management literally try to do anything to please the client and have no seriousness in proving themselves. The team was full of incompetent people who didn't get job elsewhere and had a bad history of employment. If you want to get settled or work for good companies then leave this place ASAP!
