A refreshingly straightforward place to work, everyone owns and drives big projects forward. Zero politics. Important work. A huge level of conviction in the team about what we're working on. A team full of blockchain maximalists, I feel at home here.

Cons

Hard work, but you know what you're signing up for - we're in hyper growth so it's all hands on deck. Some may not like the 24/7 nature of the work, but we're all in sync and running at big goals, so it works for those that get it.

Cons

It's not for everyone - a high degree of ownership, continuous change, ambitious goals, and really high standards. We work hard and take a lot of pride in what we do. Would only recommend it for those who really want to build something and push themselves.
