Business outlook
Pros
The team, especially management, were extremely supportive in every way they could be. They genuinely wanted to see their staff succeed and would do everything they could to make the workplace fun and friendly. It felt like a genuine team while working there. They care so much about staff wellbeing and done an incredible job at integrating me slowly into the workplace and the team. My experience there genuinely helped me grow so much as an individual.
Cons
The only con I can think of was the low pay, however it is important to note that I was very young at my time of working there, and pay does obviously increase as you turn 18.
