      * Some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of working with who genuinely came on board to make a positive impact in the world

      Cons

      * Despite being a mission-led, B-corp, social impact organization, they employ the same union busting playbook tactics like every other company * Hire people without resourcing for their roles * Creating an unfriendly work environment for Black and trans employees * Having an unclear business model that impacts how users of the site perceive their contributions being used (or abused)

      Pros

      Working at Change.org for 2 and a half years was a great experience overall. Even if the company is still trying to figure out their way to sustainability and things can change very fast within the organization, as a Change.org employee I always felt inspired, empowered and respected in my job. It felt like a dream job for most of the time. They actually represent and respect their company values and that is the basis of an incredible company mission.

      Cons

      At change.org, "change is the only constant", so it can feel quite unstable sometimes
