Some freedom given to work flexibly, some excellent employees and excellent solutions

Cons

Goalposts consistently changing, lack of communication from senior management, advice offered from those of us "on the ground" constantly ignored. Unless you are in Seattle there is no room for advancement, lack of investment in flagship solution, Changepoint, no clear strategy, no marketing investment in regions outside US. No salary review in over 2 years, pointless and patronising employee performance programme.

Pros

Great group of people - all mature with long years of experience who know their stuff. No politics or silly rules that make it worth considering going off to any of the competitors. Good on the CV as you get touched up a lot by competitors. Product works well, and good new stuff being added. Nice customers, and decent culture inside the company.

Cons

Everyone is always busy so the casual stuff of drinks after work and nights out are rare.

Pros

Great co-workers and is located in the heart of downtown Seattle. They do have some benefits like free snacks and drinks and also organize company gatherings.

Cons

There is no transparency at the company. Leadership keeps touting great things but then lays people off which sends mixed messages. Compensation is below market and sometimes commissions/bonuses do not get paid out timely which speaks to the state of their financial process/state. There is no room for growth opportunities except laterally. Morale of the employees is very low and many people have left or are looking to leave.
