      Fun for graduates

      Pros

      Soft landing place for graduates, good (but not free!) daily lunches, a lot of freedom

      Cons

      Not a lot of senior people (or people with experience outside of Channable) to learn from, salaries are below market standard for engineering, strategy and management approach seems inconsistent/not thorough

      Technically engaging, but high-pressure and inconsistent

      - Worked with highly skilled colleagues. - Exposure to interesting projects and technologies.

      Cons

      - Compensation was below industry standarts. - Career growth and promotion paths were inconsistente and sometimes opaque. - Work environment could be stressful due to shifting or subjective expectations, which made it hard to gauge what was valued or required. - Recognition of contributions beyond regular responsibilities was inconsistent, creating uncertainty about advancement.

      Pros

      - Personal attention to the individual's needs and wishes - Stimulation of personal development and upwards mobility within the company - Unique atmosphere amongst the employees which allows for a pleasant work environment - The organization shows personal interest in you as an employee giving a feeling of belonging in the company.

      Cons

      I can not think of a single downside.
