Pros

Great team environment — supportive, collaborative, and smart colleagues. Lots of variety in the work — every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities. You get to work closely with product, engineering, and clients, which keeps things interesting. Good balance between technical problem-solving and customer interaction. Flexible working setup with autonomy to manage your own time and tasks.

Cons

Some changes in direction due to wider company shifts can impact clarity.

Pros

Once upon a time, this company was the darling in mobile advertising. Today they are no longer a relevant player in the mobile advertising space.

Cons

The two words that best describe Chartboost are "missed opportunities." Missed opportunities to develop products early instead of playing catch-up after competition has launched it. Missed opportunities to retain quality employees - over 80% of the company has turned over in the last 2 years. And lastly, missed opportunities for a strong exit - the company's valuation has dropped significantly in the last three years. Why is this? MANAGEMENT. A lack of transparency from up top, questionable hiring/promotion decision, and nepotism at the exec level. Surprised that the investors haven't stepped in and forced a sale yet.
