      Beautiful products and a prestigious heritage brand.

      Cons

      Management communication often lacks transparency and miscommunication ,employees can feel undervalued despite consistently delivering strong results. Career progression opportunities are limited, and recognition for high performance and loyalty could be improved. The work environment can sometimes feel stressful due to high expectations without sufficient support.

      Beautiful products hindered by a toxic culture

      Pros

      Beautiful jewellery with popular collections and decent staff discount. Nice clients. The company significantly improved on sales associate training in the past year.

      Cons

      Toxic culture throughout the organisation. Rude and condescending communication from RD in London. No transparency nor support from HR. Raising concerns at HQ results in retaliation. Very high staff turnover as a result.

      small team and very flexible working hours, friendly environment and easy to sell product for not only wealthy Chinese clients, which is a major part of CHAUMET business, but also a very good recognisable jewellery brand all over the word

      Cons

      -Late shifts till 9pm and working weekends wich effect social life. -Fine Jewellery Room is closed from direct sun light, which can have a negative effect for a work performance and mood in general. -No commisions if monthly target is not achieved by 85% -Light reflection effects sightseeing. A very strong lightening
