Pros
PEOPLE. Some of the people at the office are fantastic to work with, and great company in general. A lot of the original "Cheetahs" work hard and set a good example. They are the backbone for a lot of departments. Relaxed environment, dress code, opportunity to work from home.
Cons
Training? Get a self-help guide. Want recognition? Shout about it and play the game. Quieter, hard-working individuals can only hope for a bone to be thrown their way. Want a promotion? Get in line. There aren't many. Or better yet, befriend key people who could open doors without being merited. Not sure if all internal roles are being made available. Is HR even fully functioning? Internal communications are beyond confusing and quite troubling during this stage of transition from Experian to CD. The Senior Leadership Team says one thing, and we get something different from the puppet-master CEO. No-one has any idea on what's going on. We're better off not caring anymore and just do our job.
