5yNote on "greedy management." Several CMOs income in 2020 exceeded the entire management team. There are many ways for CMOs to make excellent income. The firm is majority owned by the founder/CEO who benefits directly with the firm's profitability. This may be the basis of the statement. If interviewing, be sure to explore this with the company.
