      Pros

      A great boutique investment bank, probably the best IB in TMT sector, which is the most fast-developing industry in China. You have a host of opportunities to take in China Renaissance. This is particularly true for the M&A team.

      Cons

      a small shop, "jianghu" atmosphere, your boss determines all; base pay is miserable, but carry is abundant

      I enjoyed chatting deeply with colleagues. “You Must Believe It Before You Can See It”. A firm which improved your PowerPoint making skills drastically - they basically communicate effectively using beautiful ppt. You will naturally learn it when you join this firm. You find lots of unicorns here. Creative colleagues.

      They should add the variety of coffee capsules. No free Coke / soda water.
