Talented colleagues but broken promises on visa sponsorship

My colleagues were good and talented, but they all left around the time I left

Cons

The company were Visa scammer - they promised visa sponsorship to keep you but reversed their promise when it was time to register your visa. Low pay. Such a waste of time.
