Managers abide by the Bro culture! All the things that should not happen in a workplace happen here: inappropriate comments about women, disgusting racial comments, and stereotypes. Anyone who dares to question the product is terminated. What are they selling besides hope and a dream? Lots of big talk about working in Silicon Valley while lacking the ability to create a truly competitive product. If you want to be belittled, unsupported, and stressed out, take the job!

Sales organization is run by the most incompetent people that think they know everything there is to know about sales yet no one is closing any business. The executive team is a joke. All the way up to the founders.

Free Healthcare, remote work, 401k plan.

The company and product have potential but need a complete overhaul of management. HR has 15+ people who do nothing and the company is burning money at an unprecedented rate. Even after the layoff, they seem to have more management (sales) than larger companies. The eng/product team has a huge ego and focuses on the wrong things. The sales team is all miserable with clueless managers who parade around drinking koolaid . Advice to recruiters - call people who work here they will respond!
