Strange that after a third set of redundancies in 2 years that 4 and 5 star reviews are appearing. In light of the redundancies many of us questioned where the €4m investment has gone. No straight answers are ever given but a glance at the C suite’s social handles will tell you everything. This company has hired people or even headhunted them from other roles only to make their roles redundant months later. Never experienced such a lack of foresight in a business. Gaps in resource means that workloads are huge despite salaries being below market rate. There are no opportunities to progress. When issues are raised they are not listened to and no genuine solutions are offered or implemented. There are no standards of work and no business savvy heads above the entry and mid level roles and complete incompetence and dishonestly at C suite level. Authentic reviews have highlighted the unacceptable behaviour from senior leadership. Negligence, lack of transparency and communication, open bullying on a public channel, confidentiality breaches and gender pay disparity. There was an incident where a freelance jeweler was witholding rings because they had not been paid for the work they had done. Your skills will be better appreciated and rewarded elsewhere. This company is not worth your time effort or mental health. Not sure how they can claim to champion women and female voices and then cut maternity benefits: it’s all performative.

- Huge disconnect between senior management and lower level - No structure or clear business model - Kindness and Well-being a core value of the company but the Salary is impossible to live on , forcing staff to take on second jobs - A lot of talk, very little action -No training -An ambitious vision to be a luxury brand but not willing to put in the work to secure solid foundation necessary - A revolving door of excellent staff - Promises of training/upskilling not kept -Poor communication from senior management -Customer service team continuously offering service recovery due to poor quality items being produced -Benefits cut immediately as soon as the company hits a rough patch -Lack of investment into their staffs career goals - Quick to hire staff from big brand names but slow to promote internally or acknowledge hard work put in - The type of place initially lovely to work in .. until you start to see the cracks
