      - High degree of independence. - A place where you are challenged and can grow as a developer. - A decent balance between velocity and making solid software. - They want to include everyone regardless if you are remote or on location. - Good team spirit. You are not alone. Coworkers are happy to help.

      - Would like if we could spend more time on each feature, but also recognise that it is a hard balance.
