Thanks for sharing your insight, and sorry your experience was not a positive one. Since 2015, I would dare say, Cimetrix is no longer the same company that it was when you were here. Our revenue has grown significantly and we recently launched a new software product that has the potential to increase that by even more. We now sponsor an annual company meeting where all our employees get together for five days or learning, collaboration and fun; with the goal of getting people who don't normally work together a chance to learn about one another. We also do various activities throughout the year such as our Spring Festival, Halloween Party, Birthday Celebrations and Product Launch activities to help bring employees together and prevent people from feeling excluded. We want everyone who works at Cimetrix to feel like they are important. It is something we'll continue to work on.

Thanks for your review, we try our best to create a place where people are engaged and excited about the work they do. We are also working on improvements to the physical environment (the cubicles).
