Lots of amazing people from many backgrounds that you wonder what the bloody hell are you doing here.

Cons

Cliques, Cliques, Cliques and guess what... more Cliques. The company feels like a high school, people act like they are in a high school and some of the content that is produced belongs to the same league of a high school. Tons of people act like they own the company and hurt it either intentionally or by accident.

Very dysfunctional with a particularly antiquated attitude towards most things. Limited future visibility backed up by empty promises. The management team is largely incompetent, particularly senior management. No investment in training

Artists were great to work with and gave 100% to projects Money and location was very good

Cons

Senior management was diabolical, psychotic and paranoid 2 to 3 people have been allowed to run Cinesites once great reputation into the ground. Clients just don't want to know anymore. Working practices were archaic and nepotism ruled the day.
