Change can be hard, and it’s especially challenging when a company goes through as much change as Cipher has in such a short period. I work hard to ensure transparency in our firm, but reviews like this make it clear that we can all continue to improve in this area. One of the things that I appreciate most about working at Cipher is that I am continually challenged to grow and improve, and I am grateful to have a stellar group of teammates in place to help me accomplish this growth! We work hard to take care of our amazing team here at Cipher - the meals, company outings, and happy hours are just a part of that.
