Pros

Most employees are great, until they quit for being treated poorly by management. Interesting projects if you are lucky enough to get to work on one. Will learn a lot on your own.

Cons

Circlepoint is the most dysfunctional company I have ever worked for. The principles are incompetent and all they care about is billable hours. They do not want us to record time unless it is billable. Compensation and benefits is horrible, unless you are one of the principals or privileged few. There is absolutely no room for growth and staff would get laid off without notice or severance.

Niche industry work. Exposure the some incredible projects. I loved my job for quite some time.

Cons

Floundering upper management, constant layoffs, no room for advancement. abysmal compensation. We were promised hefty bonuses that never came through (save for one year in my almost 4). Had a boring and unfriendly culture
