If you like working for a company that lays people off and makes huge company decisions with complete lack of transparency, CivicPlus is a great choice. It seems as though they do it throughout the year so as to not raise any alarm bells, and all the departments are so disconnected due to various restructurings that no one knows until you're gone. There have been so many restructurings at this company and leadership turnover is extremely high. They're constantly hiring for sales roles instead of fixing the issues or empowering the product teams with more resources to make the products better. Leadership isn't supportive of people who want to innovate - instead they're looking for "yes" people who don't question bad ideas or raise alarm bells/share transparency throughout projects. Very performative culture.
