Company has no idea of direction Churn is outrageously high Offer equity then rescind when you accept offer Professional Services charge unbelievable hourly rate which hinders sales process

Some great talent in consultancy teams. Product is good.

Cons

Cheap company, will nickel and dime its staff. Management is largely amateur hour. Offices are tatty. Small company mentality. EU and UK teams wage war with each other. Doesn't trust its staff.

Clarizen EMEA is a great team to work for with incredible leadership, mentorship, and support. I worked for the EMEA team for about a year in a half and I can't thank the leadership team enough for their encouragement and support during each opportunity, which allowed me to be successful in my role. Leadership is willing to go the extra mile, get creative, and jump into the trenches with AE's to get the deal across the finish line.

Cons

Onboarding process could be structured better, but leadership was there to assist with any questions.
