There really aren’t very many.

Cons

This company only looks good at face value. Your title 100% matters and you are treated based on your title. The CEO regularly screams at and belittles people, and he will never admit when he is wrong, will always blame others for his mistakes, and never apologizes for his behavior. There is no sense of loyalty to employees. The c suite is greedy and their number one concern is making money for themselves.

None really unless you like to have a bunch of pot lucks.

Cons

They are a scam and liars. They recruited me out of a fulltime position with a grand offer letter talking about home life balance and caring for my family and my time with them but once I started working that wasn't the case. They had me recruit all day long but they never had any job orders. After a month a half they laid me off with no reason as to why. I never had any warnings or write ups. I was always how good of a job I was doing and out of the blue I get laid off with out a reason to why. Horrible company I wouldn't recommend anyone work for them.

Placed me with a very good client with a great culture. Pay and benefits were very good. My leader at Clarus was engaged and provided outstanding support.
