* Competitive salary. * Really smart and experienced colleagues based in Montreal.
Cons
1. Everyday conversations in the office: * “Perhaps Europe should also train their Muslim population to eat pork and drink beer like the Chinese re-education camps” * “Not all Muslims are terrorists but a majority of terrorists are Muslim” * etc. 2. Certain old-timer(s) and newbies fester insensitive, bullying culture, against more passive/introverted colleagues. 3. Rampant office politics - inter-departmental, between engineering sites, between individuals/teams on the same project, etc.
